Event: 2012 "Let's Buy a Home" Festival and Trade Expo

The "2012 Let's Buy a Home" Festival and Trade Expo being held on February 16, 2012 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando — 544 Mayo Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751, will bring homebuyers, builders, lenders, realtors, and industry support organizations together on one fun-filled afternoon in beautiful Maitland. The goal of this event is to sell lots of real estate, boost our local economy, and have fun doing it. The festival will have small business exhibitors from all over the greater Orlando area. The B2B and B2C networking opportunities at this event will be limitless.

We anticipate 1000's of attendees from all segments of our community, but our primary focus is to attract individuals and families wanting and needing to purchase a home of their own. There will also be a huge number of local real estate professionals attending, trying to locate new home opportunities for their buyers. The "2012 Let's Buy a Home" Festival and Trade Expo will be heavily promoted through mass e-mail, social media, television, radio, print, and Press Release campaigns.

We are looking for a limited number of Premium Sponsors, such as builders (4 exhibitors), mortgage lenders (2 exhibitors), banks (2 exhibitors), etc. Our basic Premium Sponsor's exhibitor fee will be $500.00.

We also need to fill 75+ exhibitor tables at an affordable investment of only $150.00. For the first 25 exhibitors, we are including a FREE 3-day, 2-night cruise to the Bahamas aboard the Bahamas Celebration cruise ship, operated by Caribbean Cruise lines. To maximize our exhibitors' exposure, we are limiting the number of similar type businesses to a maximum of 3 per industry. Exclusive industry exhibitor tables are only $200.00.
